1. Hostel For Working Women, but more than 50% filled by students, because hostel rules permits them for short term and after finishing their term they gives bribe to the Warden Madhuri and she passes it to the senior committee member Asha Gambhir; as Ananya, Pallavi and Sandhya etc. are living since last 3 years as students, which is illegal as per by laws of AIWC hostel.
2. The all students of Lalit Kala Academy lives in the above AIWC.

Asha Gambhir never takes the notice complaint by the resident women, and she is taking money for wrong appointment of wardens as she appointed the Alka as a warden, who is a regular employee of Canara Bank and has no time to serve the duties as warden, to provide her food and accommodation for free, but herself taking 5000/month from her...
4. Management removed all females who are staying since last 3 or more years from hostel & asking them to sign bonds. What about the students as there degree is 4 yrs course and they are staying from first year of their degree, such as; Ishita on 5th Floor...
5. There are students who are preparing for IAS entrance i.e. Ramandeep Room # 424 (4th Floor), Samra, Room # 424 (4th Floor), Radhika (5th Floor). Because of these students when complained was filed to warden by working females that they cannot sleep properly. Warden Madhuri asked these girls to leave the AIWC hostel.
6. Also, according to Madhuri working females should be removed in case if there is any problem between a student & working lady due to light, study etc. because low end earning working female cannot afford the good remuneration and students are good pay master, which is really the misuse/only tax evasion under the garb of Society name.

Asha Gambhir making wrong and money minded policies for the society, not welfare rules for low earning women, such as; in KD Hostel she is made the rule of 20% of the salary, if you are getting 30000/- then you will give 6000/- but you are getting 45000/- then you will pay 9000/- per month, but no extra facility you will get and it is compulsory rule, as Asha Gambhir says that if you can afford then pay otherwise it is not for beggars... as Anjali Ranwas- 30 thousand (Room # 5), Ms. Chaya Ganguli - 40 thousand above ( Room # 2) & Ms Savita - 35 thousand (Room # 16)

Few women are working and getting 30000+ but paying as student and warden Madhuri is taking extra money from them, as; Priyanka, a bank manager of Oriental Bank of Commerce; Divya Garg, vacate the hostel after three years, not in actual but in papers only and again given hostel after 15 days, warden Madhuri advised her that if these women will complaint against you then you take the stay from the court. When resident women complained to Asha Gambhir, she said that if you cant tolerate, please leave this hostel and if you will interfere in the administration of the hostel you would be expel from...
9. Warden Mahuri was the in-charge of 4th floor, but she is working on 5th floor and in recent days she served a notice for the same cause, due to our complaints, but she refused to receive it on the provocation of Ms. Asha Gambhir...
10. Without vacating the hostel AIWC, Jamila and Savita from 5th floor, corrupt floor warden Madhuri allowed to move room # 16 of KD hostel...

We think that Ms. Asha Gambhir is involved in corruption with warden Madhuri and she shouldn't be at such big welfare post...
... and she is not a social worker but she is illegal money maker, and she has to leave the post...
... and projects running under her supervision should be inspected to find out the corrupt practice and embezzlement...
... and she should be prosecuted for her such illegal and women depriving from their rights, activities...
